While Dastan and Tamina try desperately to keep the Dagger of Time out of the hands of evil, the chief Hassansin, portrayed by Gisli Orn Gardarsson, and his band of black-cloaked villains attempt to steal the dagger using their weapons and uncommon fighting style. The blade is cast from solid metal, adorned with runes and gold colored highlights to match the filming prop. The highly decorated hilt parts have been precisely cast of metal and plated with real 18K antique gold. Highlighting the handle is a translucent quartzlike grip that houses the “time-altering” sand, as seen in the film. The pommel features a ruby accented jewel. This replica was created using the finest grade materials and craftsmanship available. Close attention to quality is a top priority in every piece. Each replica includes a custom wood wall plaque with a unique silk screen design, a brass shield and a certificate of authenticity.
