Black Out (version 2) was released in the sixth shipment of the G.I. Joe Collectors' Club Figure Subscription Service volume 1 (Series 29, 2013). Black Out was the bonus 13th figure of the Figure Subscription Service, given only to those who purchased a subscription, and was never for sale individually. Hard-to-get figure stands 3 3/4" tall, comes fully articulated and equipped with multiple accessories.
