The history of Wade Wilson, the man who would become Deadpool, is as mercurial as the man himself. He's a hyperviolent contract killer with a flair for the bizarre. Overloaded with weapons both edged and ranged as well as a healing factor that makes him practically unkillable, he's an unstoppable opponent with a chronic case of schizophrenia. He's turned his mental illness into a (frequently hilarious) asset, as his subsequent instability translates to a maddening unpredictability.

Initial interactions with Deadpool are frequently met with guarded skepticism, as no one can tell if his presence is that of an asset or an enemy ... or merely that of an irritant. Deadpool dances back and forth across the rules of law with maniacal whimsy. He's been both friend and foe to such heroes as Spider-man, Cable, The Punisher, Wolverine and the X-Men.

Deadpool's twisted conscience is alternately fed and deprived by his schizophrenic nature. Just like all mercenaries, his motivations seem to be entirely financial. As such, he'll perform jobs for both heroes and villains for a price. However, he has frequently left uncashed the checks paid to him by the X-man, Archangel.

Whoever Deadpool is, whatever his motivations, he's a dangerous killing machine with the capriciousness of a psychopath. His abilities with weapons are on a par with such masters as Bullseye and Elektra. He's more than a force to be reckoned with.

Feared, merciless and despised; all traits of a brilliant tactician, war criminal, mercenary, murderer and yet another scale in the COBRA organization. Born in Sydney Australia, Major Sebastian Bludd served in the Australian Special Air Service Regiment, the French Foreign legion and as a third world military adviser for hire prior to his involvement with the terrorist organization known as COBRA. Loathed and wanted around the globe for his many crimes and disregard for human life, this ruthless mercenary is proficient with a staggering variety of weapons and combat skills, all of which are wielded by a razor sharp tactical mind. Bludd has served the role of field commander and assassin for COBRA, but he has no loyalty except to himself and his bank account. Cold and calculating, not even COBRA Commander trusts Bludd. He has been involved in plots within the COBRA organization and high command which would cause many to question the Commander having Bludd on the payroll. Many within COBRA keep him at arms length so as to not let him get to close. His skills though would persuade even his most hated enemy to recognize his talents, albeit with disgust. One would not think this evil killer would have a passion for poetry unfortunately his poetry lacks the skill he possess in combat. Major Bludd is an asset to COBRA (if the price is right) and loathed enemy of the JOES. No pity. No compassion.

The Sorceress has been redesigned, but ostensibly her background pretty much remains the same. She sacrificed a part of her freedom in order to align herself with Castle Greyskull, which she now serves as caretaker and guardian. She can leave the castle in her falcon form, and can communicate telepathically with Greyskull’s current champion, He-Man. In the 2002 cartoon, this tradition is repetitious of the former sorceress Veena and her champion King Greyskull, who originally defended Eternia against Hordak and the gang. As current Sorceress, Teela’Na inherited the power of Greyskull in a time of need. She has a daughter, Teela, though Teela has no clue as to her mother’s identity.

In the original cartoon, the Sorceress was just a hot babe in a feather swimsuit, with the headdress and the feather-winged cape joined with her sleeves. Especially in her origin episode, where you see a young red-headed Teela’Na, the resemblance between the Sorceress and Teela is pretty strong. In the 2002 cartoon, they gave the Sorceress more of a nutmeg complexion, and slightly darker red hair as revealed in a flashback episode.

They altered her overall look heavily, going towards an Egyptian theme, even giving her the ornamental eye make-up. She’s got a more stylized headdress with a pyramid-style neck cape. They gave her a sculpted breastplate, which overlaps a white bodice with pleated skirt and prominent breechcloth. She’s wearing armbands and wrist bracelets, and has fur-trimmed knee-high boots in the same style as the 2002 Teela and Evil Lyn. Doing away the original feather-cape idea, they just went ahead and gave the new Sorceress a pair of wings. Additionally, carries a staff topped by a sculpted bird ornament, which looks a little like the staff that came with the original Sorceress action figure.

Connected to a foundation pillar to give the illusion of levitation, this cartoon-accurate statue demonstrates the new Sorceress in all her tawny sleek beauty, a new vision of the same hot babe, defending Eternia and giving of all the male villains major incentive to infiltrate Castle Greyskull.
