Tommy Oliver began his time with the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers as the villainous Green Ranger, operating under the influence of Rita Repulsa attempting to destabilize the Rangers from the inside.
However, once freed from Rita’s evil spell, Tommy showed remorse and a desire to atone for the damage he’d done, so he was invited to join the team. The Green Ranger was now a valuable member of the Rangers, but Tommy’s good fortune would not last. Rita had bestowed the Green Ranger mantle upon Tommy, and so she could she take it away too, slowly draining his powers until they were no more!

Created by Chris Claremont and John Romita Jr., in addition to his mutant power described as "Intuitive Engineering", which gives him the ability to invent or recreate any electronic device in his subconscious (seeing connections and logical conclusions imperceptible to ordinary humans), Forge is skilled with firearms of all sizes and has natural mystical abilities, being able to cast countless Cheyenne spells.
In the 1990s, Claremont and Jim Lee decided to divide the main team of the X-Men into two different teams, thus the teams Blue and Gold emerged. As a member of the golden team, Forge had a big role, playing alongside Iceman, Archangel, Jean Grey, Colossus, and Bishop under Storm's command. Newt is more than ready to begin his adventures tracking down Fantastic Beasts in his movie accurate outfit. A gentleman of the time would nearly always wear a tie, in Newt’s case, a bow tie, over a white cotton shirt. His vest and pants are of a wool tweed and his jacket is a brushed Shetland. His trousers, maybe just a bit short for the gentleman of the day, hang at the top of highly detailed, weathered boots. For those chilly New York winter days, Newt wears a blue wool coat and a knitted striped scarf with fringe. His green eyes are piercing just as in the movie and he, of course, has his wand and ever-present suitcase.
